Faq
Any increase in airfare, visa fees, taxes, fuel surcharges, or new government taxes before departure may affect the tour cost. Upgrades in airline class or hotel rooms, ticket changes, currency fluctuations, pre/post-tour accommodations, and extra expenses due to unforeseen circumstances are excluded. Personal expenses like porterage, laundry, calls, shopping, alcohol, and food outside the group menu are not included. Costs from illness or emergencies and any services not in the itinerary are extra. Passengers joining directly bear their own airport transfer costs and meet the group at the hotel.
A minimum booking deposit of Rs. 20,000 per person is required if booked 21 days before travel, with full payment due 21 days prior. Non-compliance may lead to cancellation and forfeiture of deposits. Passports must be valid for 6 months from departure. The tour includes flights, visa, and insurance. Cancellation charges are 10% if canceled 30+ days before travel, 50% if canceled 15–30 days prior, and non-refundable within 15 days of travel.
