2. Payments

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation charges apply as per the policies of hotels, airlines, and third-party vendors.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within a reasonable time, deducting applicable fees.
• Khatridari Holidays is not responsible for delays in refunds from suppliers.

4. Changes & Rescheduling

• Changes in travel dates, destinations, or other details are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• We will assist in making necessary modifications but cannot guarantee all requests can be fulfilled.

5. Travel Documents

• It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure all travel documents (passport, visa, ID, etc.) are valid.
• Khatridari Holidays provides visa assistance but does not guarantee approval by any embassy or authority.

6. Health & Safety

• Travelers must comply with health regulations and safety requirements of the destination, including COVID-19 guidelines.
• Khatridari Holidays is not liable for any travel disruptions due to health-related issues or documentation failures.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• We act as an agent between you and third-party service providers. While we ensure high-quality services, we are not liable for service failures beyond our control.
• Any disputes arising from services provided by third parties must be taken up with them directly.

8. Force Majeure

• Khatridari Holidays is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics.

9. Use of Photos & Reviews

• With your permission, we may use travel photos or testimonials for promotional purposes on our website and social media.
