Itinerary
Arrival at (IXB)/ (NJP): Our representative will escort you for the forwarding journey to the capital city of Sikkim i.e. Gangtok, East Sikkim. Complete your check-in procedure later in the evening free for your activities and overnight stay at Gangtok. Distance from Bagdogra to Gangtok: – 125 km (approx.) Travel Time: 4-5 hours (approx.)
After breakfast, visit Tshangu Lake (12,400 ft), known for its clear waters and stunning mountain views, followed by New Baba Mandir (13,100 ft), dedicated to soldier Baba Harbhajan Singh. The journey offers breathtaking scenery. Return to the hotel by evening. Note: Nathula Pass is closed every Monday. If Tshangu Lake is inaccessible due to landslides, alternate sightseeing will be arranged. NRI, OCI, PIO holders, and foreign nationals can visit only up to Tshangu Lake with a valid permit and must travel in groups of two or more. Required documents include two passport-sized photos and a photo ID (passport, driving license, or voter ID; PAN and Aadhar are not accepted). Children under 18 must carry a school/college ID.
Enjoy a full-day sightseeing tour covering Tashi View Point, Hanuman Tok, Ganesh Tok, Bakthang Falls, Do-Dul Chorten, Enchey Monastery, the Research Institute of Tibetology, and the Directorate of Handicraft & Handloom. Note that the Research Institute and Handicraft Directorate are closed on weekends, local festivals, and government holidays; in such cases, Lasa Falls will be visited instead. Overnight stay at the hotel.
After breakfast transfer to Darjeeling, India’s West Bengal state. On arrival check into your hotel—evening leisure and free for your activities. Overnight stay at Darjeeling. (Mts, 115 Kms/ 04 to 05 Hrs.)
After breakfast, transfer to Darjeeling (115 km, 4-5 hrs). Check into your hotel and enjoy leisure time in the evening. Next day, visit Tiger Hill, Ghoom Monastery, Batasia Loop, Tenzing-Gombu Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self-Help Centre (closed Sundays), Japanese Temple, Peace Pagoda, and the zoo (closed Thursdays). End with views of the Tea Estate and stroll Mall Road for shopping. Overnight stay at the hotel. Note: Himalayan Mountaineering Institute is closed on Thursday.
After breakfast proceed to NJP Railway Station / (IXB) Bagdogra Airport (413 Ft / 126 Mts, 100Kms / 03 to 04 Hrs.) for your onward connection.
Faq
Exclusions include air/train fare, personal expenses (laundry, calls, tips, drinks, activities like rafting, paragliding, joy rides, porterage), extra sightseeing or vehicle use beyond the itinerary, entrance fees, and guide charges. Any increase in taxes or fuel prices affecting transportation costs before departure, room heater charges, travel insurance, and medical or rescue evacuations are also not included. Anything not listed in the inclusions is excluded.
Cancellation must be requested via email. Charges: 25% of tour cost if canceled 30+ days before arrival, 50% if canceled 15–29 days prior, and 100% if canceled within 14 days. Valid ID (voter ID, passport, or driving license) is required; PAN and Aadhar cards are not accepted. All trips are subject to weather conditions. Rates apply to Indian nationals only.
